"This is a brand new hotel very well located in the old part of Hanoi close to the water puppet theatre, the Hoan Kiem lake and the market.
The hotel staff gave us an excellent service and was availabe to give us information about visits, restaurants, transportation arrangements and tours.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They have safety deposit in the room.
We felt very secured.
They offer real high speed internet connection.
We have been traveling for more than 2 months and this is the best hotel we stay.
We would definitely come back to this hotel if we ever travel again to Hanoi and would recommend this hotel."
